How long has it been since you asked yourself this question.
Let's forget for a moment about work, life commitments and others expectations of you. Let's forget about anything and everything that has really been weighing you down.
Take a moment and just breath
Now lets try again. How do you want to feel?
It might not come to you right away and that's totally ok. It took me many days of soul searching, crying, sitting in silence and brutal honesty with myself about what I loved and down right hated in my life for my desired feelings to manifest.
My core light me up with giddiness and excitement desired feelings are.
Once I truly connected to how I really wanted to show up for myself and others each and every day it was amazing how much lighter I felt. I hadn't felt this free and connected to myself in a very long time. In fact, I was shocked at how lost and uncomfortable I had been feeling in my own skin.
Now its your turn.
Take a step back, take a break, reset. Let's reevaluate what's actually essential in your life and eliminate the rest.
